In the fast paced world we live in we are always looking for convenience and anything that will save a few minutes.  I love to be able to make up lunches the night before we head out to make things easier in the mornings.  Anything that helps make my job a little easier I love!

I really love using glass to store my leftovers but that isn’t always feasible.  I really prefer the size of this lunch box over the rectangle as it easily fits into most of the lunch bags we have.  Since it expands to double its size, it holds a large amount of food with three separate compartments.  It works perfectly to store dinner leftovers to reheat the next day at work.  We are on the go quite often and these also make great containers to hold the kids lunch when we are in the car.
