Being away can be nice. It is so wonderful to be with family (I miss so many of you already). But can I say from the bottom of my heart, it is so nice to be home. Home isn’t a fancy place nor it is a finished house but it is home! I missed a routine, and my body missed home cooking.
We had some great food while we were out, Aunt Pam made some amazing BBQ chicken, my Mother in law made massive quantities of crab legs that were such a treat and Aunt Colleen made delicious meals each day we were at here home. Also mixed in was more fast food that we have eaten in months. Cooking isn’t something we always look forward too, but I am so happy to be sitting down to actually plan our meals for the week!

Dinner: Salads with Boiled Eggs and Salmon Dip
Tuesday
Breakfast: Banana Muffins, Fruit
Dinner: Crockpot Beans with Ham, Corn Muffins, Green Beans
Wednesday
Breakfast: Cereal, Fruit
Dinner: BBQ Meatballs, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Salad
Thursday
Breakfast: English Muffin Bread with Peanut Butter, Fruit
Dinner: 7 Layer Bean Burritos
Friday
Breakfast: Breakfast Casserole, Fruit
Dinner: Homemade Pizza, Steamed Broccoli
Saturday
Breakfast: Leftover Breakfast Casserole on English Muffin Bread
Dinner: Ham & Swiss Lasagna, Salad, Bread sticks
Sunday
Breakfast: Peanut Butter English Muffin Bread, Bananas
Dinner: Leftovers
