Although the Enjoy Life Products are not organic, they are free of the 8 most common allergens and other allergens: wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish, shellfish, casein, potato, sesame and sulfites. Enjoy Life products are tested down to the 10 parts per million to ensure that they are not only gluten-free but also beat the FDA standard of testing down to 20 parts per million.
As a company their goal is to make delicious products that everyone can EAT FREELY, even those with food allergies! When I see the Enjoy Life brand label, I know that I can trust that they have my best interests at heart. Most companies fail to disclose the contained allergens and don’t consider producing a product especially for those with food allergies.
The newest addition to their family of allergen-friendly products are their Not Nuts! Seeds and Fruit Mixes: Mountain Mambo and Beach Bash. I was thrilled to find the Mountain Mambo Mix on a recent trip. Of course the fact that it contained Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips was a huge hit. The mix was the perfect combination of fruit and seeds: sunflower and pumpkin seeds, raisins, apples, chocolate chips (the only soy & gluten-free ones to be found) and cranberries.
As for the Beach Bash mix, my husband coined the slogan, “a not too sweet treat that will keep you on your feet.” He’s a beach kinda person who loves the pineapple contained in this flavor.
I have yet to try an Enjoy Life product that I didn’t thoroughly enjoy!
